The County Waterford Society of New York, joins in mourning the death of County Mayo's, and UICANY's, Past President, and longtime New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade Director, Rosemary Lombard, who we will remember for her dedication, cheerfulness and good heart, and her devotion to learning in our community, which saw her serve as the Creator and past Director of the UICANY Essay Contest.
