Jimmy Rosario, also known as DJ Meticulous, passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 51
in Long Island, New York, following a motorcycle accident. Born on January 16, 1974, in New
York, New York, Jimmy was a vibrant spirit who lived life with passion and precision—earning
his nickname for the care and detail he brought to everything he did. He had a deep love for
music and spent countless hours enjoying the open road on his motorcycle or taking long
rides on his bicycle. Jimmy was known for being extremely kind, generous, and a seriously
hard worker. Whether helping family, supporting friends, or giving his all to whatever task was
in front of him, he always showed up with heart and determination. His loyalty and work ethic
left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He is survived by his father, Leo; his
siblings, Johnny, Ram, and Yomarys; his sister-in-law, Allison; his nieces and nephews,
Stephan, Jaden, Nairobi, Jonah, and Amalia; and his brother-in-law, Luis. He was preceded in
death by his beloved mother, Maria. Jimmy will be remembered for his energy, his giving
nature, and the joy he found in life’s simple pleasures. His presence will be deeply missed by
all who knew and loved him.
