Maureen Scarola

Maureen Catherine Scarola (nee Quigley)  "Moe" of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn passed away Sunday,  August 25, 2019 at Calvary Hospital Bronx, NY surrounded by her family and friends.  Born on April 14, 1961 and raised in the Bronx she is predeceased by her parents James "Frank" Quigley and Margaret "Patsy" Craig and her sister Ann Marie Quigley.  Devoted mother and best friend to Lauren Scarola.  Beloved sister of Peggy Kirwan (Michael) Frank Quigley (Lisa) Tom Quigley (Lisa).  Best Aunt ever to her numerous nieces and nephews. Dearest friend to Mike Martorana.  She will be missed by her many cousins, friends and extended family.
Maureen was a retired Police Officer for NYPD, 69 Precinct, Street Crime Unit & Court Division.  She will be forever remembered for her sense of humor and her generous heart.
