Joan Kavashansky

My dear friends and relatives, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that my beloved wife and mother to Stephen, Richard and David has passed into God’s hands.

After battling a lengthy illness, which she fought vigorously and intensly, she succumbed on November 30th 2019. She did not pass alone.

Joan’s brother Ed Kehoe, her sons, Richard and David as well as I, were with her in her final hours assuring her of our presence and giving her strength and courage to move to the next life in Heaven. She was loved and will be missed.

As a licensed, NYS Registered Nurse, dedicated to healing those who were sick in Bellevue Hospital’s Emergency Room over many years, Joan’s contribution to humanity will not go unnoticed by our Heavenly Father, I am sure.

I will miss my dear wife for all eternity. Perhaps by God’s hand our souls will meet once again.
