Gail S Freilich

It is with deep sorrow to inform you of the passing of our beloved Gail S. Freilich.  Gail was diagnosed with cancer 6 years ago. She was determined to live her life and never give up. She was a warrior and fought an incredible battle. Her perseverance to be with her loved ones kept her going. She represented hope and strength to the family.

Gail was a lifelong Kingsbridge/Riverdale Bronx resident. She was dedicated and ambitious when it came to her career. She worked her way up from an entry-level secretary at a Fortune 500 company to retiring as a System Admin. 

Gail loved animals and donated to organizations that helped rescue animals. If a family member or friend needed help, she would be there. She had a dear and kind heart to everyone. Gail enjoyed swing music. When she was a little girl, she would compete in lindy hop dance competitions with her father. Other genres of music she enjoyed were easy listening and disco.

She will be deeply missed; we will celebrate her life and cherish fond memories forever. Gail was a dear & loving mother, daughter, niece, cousin and friend.
